Basic troubleshooting is free, and you’ll know before any extended diagnostic or paid repair work begins.
Initial diagnosis
Free up to 30 minutes. Basic troubleshooting and diagnosis are provided at no charge when the issue can be identified quickly.
Extended troubleshooting
$30/hour after approval. For intermittent failures, complex software problems, or multiple hardware issues, you’ll be informed and approve the cost first.
Diagnostic fee applied toward repair
If you proceed with the repair, an extended troubleshooting fee is applied toward the final repair bill. Example: $30 diagnostic + $75 repair = $75 total.
No fix, no fee
If the agreed-upon repair cannot resolve the issue, you will not be charged for the repair itself.

Home visits & drop-offs
Serving Auburn, Lewiston, Greene, Topsham, New Gloucester, Gray, Windham, Portland, and surrounding communities. Travel charges are based on distance from the Lewiston-Auburn area.
- Free travel within 15 miles of Lewiston-Auburn
- 16–30 miles: $10 travel fee
- Larger distances may require an additional travel charge depending on location
- Drop off your computer for repair at no additional travel cost
